Michael Duncan, Marker 8.5 Chef

Michael Duncan was born in St. Pete, Fl. His many hobbies include all watersports, master diving and barefoot sking. As a member of CMAC, Michael builds and races radio control airplanes. From catering parties to master ice carvings, He also has a passion for creativity with food and presentations.

Michael has provided his services to a number different cliental such as presidents, movie stars, billionaires and athletes. He also has experience working with exclusive private clubs and hotels most of his career. He specializies in different cuisines including southern, cuban, home style and comfort foods.
